Tejaswini has been working with school and college students for over two decades. An expert in the fields of Russian and English, Tejaswini has a penchant for languages. Her stellar academic record speaks of her expertise. She holds a gold medal for BA and was a class topper in her MA from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
Tejaswini is based in Mumbai. She worked as a lecturer in Mumbai University for ten years. She has worked with Smarthinking (Pearson group), where for five years she taught English writing skills online to students from American Universities. She trains students for tests like SAT , IELTS, and GRE. She has aided students in SOP writing and college admission essays. She has offered her tutelage in English to high school students of IB, IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE and state boards for over two decades and continues to do so. She also helps students aspiring to study in Russia with basic Russian.
Her interest in activities like trekking, traveling, social service, MUNs and debates have brought her in frequent contact with the youth. These interactions, combined with her vast teaching experience, have convinced Tejaswini that students must be encouraged to choose the right career path at the right time. Correct decisions give students the wings that they need to fly high. She firmly believes that each student is special, and each one needs individual attention and personalized guidance. Now, aimed with a certification in Career Counseling, she aims to reach out to students from every segment of the society and address their concerns regarding their future occupations.
I'm Bhaswati Seal

Bhaswati Seal started her corporate career in Human Resources management after getting her MBA degree with a specialization in HR. She went on to study International Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina, USA, and has held various executive management positions at Fortune 500 companies.
Bhaswati is now a trained Yoga teacher and, for the last 14 years, has been running her own yoga studio. As a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, she is a wellness coach with a proven track record in alleviating various deep-seated and chronic lifestyle disorders using natural and holistic methods.
Given her own personal journey of successfully navigating a transition into an off-beat career, she is passionate about guiding youngsters looking for options to channel their interests into professional pathways which are satisfying and fruitful in more ways than one. Bhaswati also utilizes her skill sets as an HR Professional to dive deep with young professionals who are looking for advice to transition to a more gratifying career or simply return to the professional field after a break.
In the meanwhile, her own journey continues. In the coming years, she hopes to extend her learnings from holistic health and embrace mother Nature as the larger canvas for health and wellbeing. She offers guided nature walks, and finds joy in growing food and a few choice Ayurvedic herbs using permaculture techniques.
Bhaswati believes that a career is a part of one’s life, and not the other way round. Children often want to explore new pathways. Women want to resume their careers after a break. She would especially like to offer that extra support to children who want to follow the offbeat track and reach their full potential.
I'm Smita Vats Sharma

Smt. Smita Vats Sharma holds a senior position in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India . She has handled several challenging assignments during the course of a three decade long career in Government.
She is a postgraduate in Political Science from Lady Shriram College ( LSR, 1986-89) followed by an MA from Delhi University and an MPhil in media, education and gender studies from JNU. A published author of short stories, she also loves expressing herself through poetry.
Smita has always extended help to students who have sought her guidance in career counseling and college selection. Under her mentorship, students have secured admissions to several Ivy League colleges over the years. Many of them have also ventured successfully into fields as diverse as public policy, finance and governance. She has a passion for helping the younger generation find their calling in life and is thus delighted to associate with Compass as an Honorary Advisor.
